EYEDENTIFI Account Deactivation Policy
If you wish to deactivate your EYEDENTIFI account, please follow the steps below:
1. Sign Out of All DevicesFor security reasons, ensure you are signed out of all devices where your account is currently active.
Submit a Deactivation RequestEmail us at support@eyedentifi.org with the subject line:“Account Deactivation Request”
Provide Verification DetailsIn your email, include the following information to help us verify your identity:
Your full name
The phone number associated with your EYEDENTIFI account
Processing TimeOnce your request is received, deactivation may take up to 30 business days. During this time, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our system.
Important NoticeAfter deactivation, your account and personal data cannot be recovered under any circumstances. Please make sure to back up any important information before submitting your request.
